About mAidpool
A clearer way to arrange home help
mAidpool connects families in Bengaluru with verified household professionals for cleaning, cooking, baby care, elderly care and live-in support. We started in 2025 from our office in JP Nagar, and we serve South Bangalore areas including JP Nagar, Jayanagar and BTM Layout.
Our founder
Ragav Rao, Founder
Ragav is a full-stack developer with more than a decade of experience in the IT industry, including work with IBM and Caterpillar Inc. in leadership positions. He founded mAidpool in 2025 to bring the same clarity he expects from good software to the way families find and manage home help: transparent prices, verified profiles, and a team that follows up.
Clarity
A clear service brief, schedule and price before work starts, and a written record afterwards.
Care
Respectful communication and practical expectations for both families and household professionals.
Support
A team that handles booking questions, follow-ups, and replacements, usually within 3 to 6 days.
How we work
Tell us what your home needs and choose daily, weekly, monthly, full-day or live-in help. Our team reviews coverage and matches you with a maid whose profile has been checked for identity, experience and references. You pay only after the service is done, so there is no cancellation fee, and if a maid is not the right fit we arrange a replacement, usually within 3 to 6 days.
