mAidpool connects customers with verified domestic helpers including maids, cooks, nannies, and caregivers. We facilitate the booking and payment process but are not the employer of the service providers.

2. User Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information, treat service providers with respect, and maintain a safe working environment. Maids agree to provide accurate personal information and perform services professionally.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through our platform via Razorpay. All fees are clearly displayed before booking confirmation. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

mAidpool shall not be held liable for any theft, loss, damage, misconduct, or negligence occurring at the customer's premises involving the service provider. Customers acknowledge and accept these terms.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or website notice.
