How are maids verified?

We collect identity, experience, reference, and background-verification information before approving a maid profile. Customers should still follow sensible home-safety practices.

When is payment collected?

Payment is collected securely through Razorpay after the booking request is created and before the booking is confirmed.

Can I cancel or request a replacement?

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the timing and booking terms. If the assigned service is not suitable, contact mAidpool so the team can review a replacement request.

Do you serve my area?

We primarily serve Bangalore and nearby localities. Weekly availability can vary by area, while monthly availability is broader. Submit your address and our team will confirm coverage.

How do I join as a maid?

Use the maid registration form to submit your experience, services, references, and documents. Profiles remain pending until reviewed by the mAidpool team.
